Service and accounts
Muse Image is an independent platform providing access to AI image generation and editing models. You must provide accurate Google account information, protect access to your account, and be legally able to agree to these terms.
Credits and payments
Muse Image currently sells one-time credit packs in USD rather than subscriptions. Credits are consumed when generation work is requested. Prices, model costs, and available features may change before a future purchase. DodoPayments processes checkout.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and must not upload or generate content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, malicious, or designed to bypass safety controls. You must have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded content.
Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in your prompts and uploads and grant us and our providers a limited license to process them to operate the service. Rights in AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction and model-provider terms; we do not guarantee copyright protection, uniqueness, accuracy, or suitability for a particular use.
Availability, suspension, and changes
Generation may fail, vary, or be delayed. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts for non-payment, fraud, security risks, unlawful use, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific output. To the extent permitted by law, Muse Image is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
