Information we collect
We process Google account details used to sign in, service usage and credit records, prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, and support communications. DodoPayments processes payment details; Muse Image does not store complete payment-card details.
How we use information
- Provide image generation, accounts, credits, billing, support, fraud prevention, and service security.
- Maintain and improve the service and comply with legal obligations.
- Run analytics and Google One Tap only after you opt in.
Legal bases and your choices
Where GDPR applies, processing is based on performing our contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent. Optional analytics and Google One Tap are disabled until you consent globally. You may reject or later change that choice through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Service providers and transfers
We use providers including Google for authentication and optional analytics, DodoPayments for checkout, FAL for AI generation, and Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure. They may process data in other countries under their own safeguards and terms.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, account and transaction records, dispute handling, and legal requirements. No online service can promise absolute security; we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Users in locations with a higher digital-consent age must meet that age or use the service with valid parental authorization.
