Eligibility
Because AI processing begins immediately and incurs third-party costs, refund requests for a one-time credit pack must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and are eligible only when no more than 10% of that pack’s credits have been used. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or remedies for unauthorized or incorrectly charged payments.
How to request a refund
Email geekymv2024@gmail.com with your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason. Do not send payment-card details. We generally respond within 1–2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are submitted to DodoPayments and returned to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times vary. Refunded credits will be removed; if credits were already spent or transferred, the account balance may be adjusted accordingly.
Failed or duplicate charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or completed without credits being delivered. We will investigate using the payment and order records available to us.
Policy updates
Changes apply prospectively and will be shown with a revised effective date.
